Mr. Levy has been a full time mediator for the securities industry for 16 years, involving customer complaints, employment disputes, wrongful termination, and harassment cases.

Mr. Levy actively serves as a mediator for the NASD (FINRA), the Los Angeles Superior Court, the State of California Department of Insurance, and privately.

In addition, Mr. Levy serves as an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers (FINRA), Pacific Stock Exchange, National Futures Association, The Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.

He is the author of "Trust - The Main Ingredient of a Successful Mediation", Published in ADR News Alert, March 1993. "Mediation - A Dynamic Force", Published in The Practicing Law Institute (PLI) Course Book on Securities Arbitration (1997). "Mediation - Why?", published in the Securities Industry Association (SIA) Course Book (1998), "Mediation - It Works!", published in the Los Angeles County Bar Association Securities Regulation Course Book (1999), and "Mediation - It's In," published by the Colorado Bar Association (2004).

Mr. Levy has lectured on Mediation for the American Arbitration Association, Practicing Law Institute (PLI), Southern California Mediation Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Securities Industry Association (SIA), PIABA, and the Colorado Bar Association.

Mr. Levy is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania.
